About Care Connection

Helping an aging parent can be overwhelming.

These days, it is not uncommon to be faced with the challenges of aging. Many seniors want to remain at home without relying too heavily Mother and adult daughteron family and friends for support. Family members find themselves caught in the middle trying to juggle work and other life obligations.

In order to make a complex healthcare system more efficient and easier for seniors to navigate, Care Connection, a non-profit comprehensive community care management program, began serving seniors 50 years and older in Spartanburg, Cherokee and Union counties in January 2006. To meet a growing need in the Upstate, we opened an office in Greenville in 2008.

Care Connection offers a comprehensive one-source solution to make managing everyday life easier for seniors. We help when caring for your loved one seems overwhelming. Services are affordable and are customized to an individual’s needs and range from $5.00/hour to $90.00/hour depending upon a person’s monthly income. Those with incomes over $50,000 per year are served by our Connection One Life Management Services. Each of our services promote the health, safety and independence of seniors who want to remain in their home environment.
